At the 2025 IPAC Taipei Gala, Legislator Chao-Tzu Chen, Co-chair of IPAC, shared how uplifting it was to gather in Taipei with democratic partners from around the world. She stressed that the key is not when conflict may occur, but how we act together to prevent it.
